Our history

In 1993 Sofia Loukopoulou, the tax auditor-supervisor of Societes Anonymes for many years in the Ministry of Finance, established the accounting office which constituted the foundation stone of AMBE Tax-accounting & Business Advisory Services S.A., as it is presently known.

• In 2001 Komninos Antonios joined the office with purpose of the development and specialization of the services provided to equity companies.
• In 2004 after a joined course of three years AMBE TAX-ACCOUNTING COMPANY was created by Mrs. Loukopoulou and Mr. Komninos, Since 2004 we are extending our activities by rendering high standard specialized advisory services to sectors such as Corporate Administration and Management, Tax Strategy Making, Compliance and Internal Control.
• In 2009, perceiving the need of deepening and specialization of our services in the sector of financial management, we include in our team Mr. Makris Evangelos, who has been chief executive manager in many big companies providing advisory services, offering high standard knowledge and experience in the sectors of economic planning and economic analyses.
• In December 2012 and after a course of eight years AMBE TAX ACCOUNTING COMPANY was moved to its new offices located at 40 V. Sofias avenue in Marousi. In contrast to the negative economic circumstances of those years, we chose to invest on new modern and larger offices, by renewing at the same time our entire equipment, having absolute trust that we would succeed based on our staff.
• In early 2014 AMBE TAX ACCOUNTING COMPANY welcomes Mrs. Kouli Ifigeneia, who had been for many years head of accounting departments, and is converted into Public Limited Company (S.A) under the corporate name AMBE Tax- Accounting & Business Advisory Services S.A.
• Today, after almost three decades on the increase, our company is in full development, providing high standard specialized services to all the sectors of accounting, tax and economic services, covering all the needs of individuals and legal
  entities of any type and size.

Our effort for continuous improvement of the provided services and cover of the continuously increased needs of our clients is based on the combined investment in staff and technical equipment.
