The provision of our services on payroll matters is based on two basic pillars :

Keeping of payroll and reports

  • Preparation of the banking transfers for the payment of the insurance contributions, the payroll tax, the salaries etc.
  • Printing of payment receipts and reports for the payment of salaries in bank accounts
  • Issue of accounting article for the registration of the payroll into the accounting books
  • Printing of reports (per Service Line, Sub Management Unit and Level)
  • Settlement of employees’ income tax and preparation of salary certificates for their income tax returns
  • Computation of dismissal compensations and actuarial studies for the entire personnel for use of predictions
  • Computation of compensations in case of termination of contracts or retirement
  • Issue of employer’s certificates for the Insurance Organizations and Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) at the employee’s request
  • Issue of previous service certificates
  • Updating on all the labor issues in relation to leaves, sickness, collective and flexible work contracts (part time, rotation, suspension and other forms).

Relations with organizations and public services

  • Preparation and submission of the relevant statements to the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) and the Labor Inspection Body in cases of new engagements or resignation (ERGANI system).
  • Inventory by Insurance Organizations
  • Preparation and submission of the annual personnel statement to the Labor Inspection Body
  • Preparation of the banking transfers for the payment of the insurance contributions, the salaried services tax, the salaries etc.
  • Preparation and submission of the provisional return of Salaried Services Tax to the competent Public Fiscal Service
  • Preparation and submission of the Detailed Periodic Statement to the Social Insurance Institution (IKA) (hard and soft copy) or through internet
